What is the return policy for Mokwheel products?
We offer a 15-day return policy for unused bikes in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping fees and a restocking fee may apply unless the return is due to a documented manufacturing defect.
What kind of warranty is provided with the purchase?
Every Mokwheel e-bike is backed by a 2-year limited warranty that covers the frame, motor, battery, and electronic components against manufacturing defects.
