Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the e-bike or accessory in its original box, ensuring all chargers, manuals, and tools are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location for transit to our inspection center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
